Pico De Gallo
- 2 pounds Tomatoes, Diced
- 1/2 heads (small) Cabbage, Shredded
- 2 whole Carrot, Shredded
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced
- 1/4 cups Pickled Jalapenos, Diced
- 1/2 whole Orange, Juiced
- 2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro, Chopped Finely
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt (or To Taste)
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Pickled Jalapeno Juice
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Fold in all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Chill for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
