Three Fruit Punch Recipe
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans frzn orange juice concentrate
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans frzn lemon juice concentrate
- 6 c. water
- 1 (46 ounce.) can pineapple juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 (12 ounce.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
- Combine concentrates, add in water and pineapple juice, and stir in sugar.
- To freeze, ladle into wide-topped freezer containers, leaving one inch head space.
- Cover tightly and freeze.
- To serve, partially thaw fruit juice mix at room temperature.
- Place in punch bowl.
- Stir with fork to break chunks of ice.
- Add in ginger ale.
- Yields 25 - 6 oz servings.
