Easy Ravioli

  1. Cook sausage in frying pan till done and crumbled (I used my little chopper to really crumble it after I cooked it); drain off fat.
  2. Place a teaspoon of sausage in a wonton wrapper and sprinkle with the monterey jack cheese, then cover with another wonton wrap making a pocket kinda enclosing the sausage and cheese (I wet my hands slightly and that helped to seal the wontons).
  3. Place raviolis in a large casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake at 300 F for about an hour or until hot and the mozzarella cheese is starting to brown on top.
