Easy Ravioli
- 1 12 lbs sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (3 ounce) package wonton wrappers (im not sure of the size of pkg but it made me put it in so its just the normal size found in the pro)
- 20 ounces spaghetti sauce (I used 2 jars cause I like alot of sauce)
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Cook sausage in frying pan till done and crumbled (I used my little chopper to really crumble it after I cooked it); drain off fat.
- Place a teaspoon of sausage in a wonton wrapper and sprinkle with the monterey jack cheese, then cover with another wonton wrap making a pocket kinda enclosing the sausage and cheese (I wet my hands slightly and that helped to seal the wontons).
- Place raviolis in a large casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 300 F for about an hour or until hot and the mozzarella cheese is starting to brown on top.
