Salmon With Whisky Tomato And Onion Sauce
- 10 slice salmon belly or fillet
- 1 dash salt
- 4 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp heinz chili sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vineger or any vineger
- 4 tbsp whisky
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- BAKE SALMON
- Season salmon with salt then Broil salmon both side till lightly brown and crispy then set aside
- WHISKY TOMATO SAUCE
- Mix all whisky sauce ingredient in a pan bring to a boil then add tomato and onion simmer for 1 minute
- Mix whisky sauce with dice tomato and onion and coat it with crispy salmon and serve immediately
- SERVING OPTION
- Pour all whisky tomato and onion sauce onto a plate then top crispy salmon
- ANOTHER SERVING OPTION coat well whisky tomato and onion sauce with crispy salmon and serve on coral sald
