Viva Italia! Burger
- 4 oz 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 Ciabatta Roll
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Shredded Smoked Gouda Cheese
- 1 tsp Grated Parmesean Cheese
- 2 Torn Baby Kale Leaves
- Prepare my Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce from my recipes.
- Form beef into a patty and sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Cook to your liking on grill, skillet, or griddle.
- On the bottom half of the ciabatta roll, place the cooked patty.
- Top with heated tomato sauce, both cheeses, and kale.
