Mediterranean Pot Roast

  1. Place beef roast into CrockPot.
  2. Combine all other ingredients and pour over roast.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender.
  4. Alternatively, you can combine all ingredients into a freezer bag and freeze until ready to use.
  5. Put frozen ingredients into CrockPot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
