Chinese Pork Dumplings

  1. Mix ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, cooking sorry, sesame oil, garlic, egg, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper and place 1 heaping teaspoon of filling in center.
  3. Moisten edges with water, fold over and press to seal edges.
  4. Add peanut oil to a large skillet and heat.
  5. When hot, add enough dumplings to line the bottom of the skillet and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
  6. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth, cover pan and simmer 8 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan onto serving platter.
  8. Repeat process with remaining broth, until all dumplings are cooked.
  9. Serve with red wine vinegar.
