Sweet and Sour Cucumbers

• 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 6 ounces Kirby cucumbers

1. Mix vinegar and sugar in a saucepan; heat just to melt sugar.
2. Wash, trim and slice cucumbers 1/8 inch thick, and stir into vinegar mixture.
