Korean Ribs (Slow Cooker Style)

  1. Combine meat, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a plastic bag.
  2. Let marinate overnight or up to two days.
  3. (You can also skip marinating and just throw it all in the slow cooker.)
  4. Put meat combination in the slow cooker with the jalapenos and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low, until meat is tender and falling off the bone.
  5. I serve this over brown rice with sauteed bok choy and julienned carrots.
  6. It is so shockingly delicious.
  7. Enjoy!
