Korean Ribs (Slow Cooker Style)
- 3 pounds Beef Short Ribs Or Country Style Pork Ribs
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 5 whole Jalapenos, Or More If You Like
- Combine meat, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a plastic bag.
- Let marinate overnight or up to two days.
- (You can also skip marinating and just throw it all in the slow cooker.)
- Put meat combination in the slow cooker with the jalapenos and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low, until meat is tender and falling off the bone.
- I serve this over brown rice with sauteed bok choy and julienned carrots.
- It is so shockingly delicious.
- Enjoy!
