Bacon wrapped venison tenderloin
- 4 whole tenderloins
- lb bacon
- 1 season all
- 1 wild game seasonings
- 1 lemon pepper
- 1 chili powder
- 1 southern garlic salt
- 1 ground cumin
- 1 oregano
- Marinate in Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire overnight
- Pre heat oven to 400
- Pre cook bacon some in oven
- Slice tenderloin into appx 1 inch strips
- Lay bacon out and place cut tenderloins on bacon
- Season to taste
- Top with grated parmesan cheese and shredded cheese
- Roll up and secure with tooth pick
- Place in oven for 30 minutes
- Flip slap some BBQ sauce and cook another 20 minutes
- Over eat!
