Firefly Squid Ajillo
- 1 pack Firefly squid (boiled)
- 2 clove plus Garlic
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Parsley
- 1 as much (to taste) Baguette
- Remove the eyes and beaks off the firefly squid (they come off easily when you squeeze them with your fingers.
- In the photo, the beak can be found at the back of the legs).
- Thinly slice or finely chop the garlic.
- Mince the parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a small frying pan and cook the garlic slowly over low heat to bring out the aroma.
- Add the firefly squid.
- Turn up the heat and stir fry.
- Season with plenty of salt.
- Remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with baguette slices for dipping in the delicious sauce.
