Prosciutto Stuffed Focaccia

  1. Cut bread in half horizontally.
  2. Top bottom bread half with prosciutto, roasted peppers, cheese and spinach.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  4. Cover with the top bread half.
  5. Wrap sandwich in foil and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until warm.
  7. Cut focaccia into six pieces and serve immediately.
