Prosciutto Stuffed Focaccia
- 1 whole Focaccia Bread Loaf (9-10oz)
- 3 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Prosciutto (or You Can Use 6 Oz. Sliced Deli Ham)
- 1/4 cups Jarred Roasted Red Pepper, Drained And Cut Into Strips
- 4 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Muenster Cheese
- 5 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons Light Balsamic Dressing
- Cut bread in half horizontally.
- Top bottom bread half with prosciutto, roasted peppers, cheese and spinach.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Cover with the top bread half.
- Wrap sandwich in foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until warm.
- Cut focaccia into six pieces and serve immediately.
