Raw Cinnamon Date Balls Dipped in Raw Chocolate
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1/2 cups Dates
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 dash Salt
- 12 whole Pecan Halves For Topping Each Ball
- 1/2 cups Dates
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 13 cups Coconut Oil, Melted
- 3/4 cups Cacao Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- Pulse the ingredients for the pecan mixture (everything except the whole pecans, for topping) in a high powered blender until sticky and mixed evenly (it should still be chunky).
- Place pecan mixture in a bowl to the side and then make the raw chocolate.
- Blend all of the chocolate ingredients (be sure to melt coconut oil for this recipe) in a bowl.
- Roll pecan mixture into bite-sized balls and dip them into the chocolate.
- Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and top with a pecan.
- Place in freezer and enjoy whenever the mood strikes.
- These wont last long.
