Ice Cream Filled Chocolate Cups

  1. Grease 12-cup muffin pan; set aside.
  2. Combine butter and chocolate in 4-quart saucepan.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until melted.
  4. Stir in marshmallow creme until well mixed.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add cereal; mix well.
  7. Press about 1/4 cup cereal mixture with well-buttered fingers onto bottom and sides of each cup of prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Remove chocolate cups from pan, just before serving.
  10. Place 1 large scoop ice cream into each cup.
  11. Decorate with animal cookies, if desired.
