Caprese Toast Topper

• 2 whole wheat baguette slices (1 inch thick)
• 4-1/2 tsp. Philadelphia Whipped Plain Cream Cheese Product
• 1 Tbsp. CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
• 2 plum tomato slices, cut in half
• 2 tsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese

1. Toast baguette slices; spread with cream cheese product, then pesto.
2. Top with remaining ingredients.
