Smoked Turkey Pate Recipe

  1. In blender or possibly food processor with steel blade, combine and process turkey and walnuts till finely minced.
  2. Add in butter, butter, liquid smoke and liqueur; process till a smooth paste is formed.
  3. Add in mayonnaise till of desired consistency.
  4. Spoon into small bowl or possibly crock; cover and chill several hrs.
  5. Serve with crackers and/or possibly apple and vegetable slices.
