Smoked Turkey Pate Recipe
- 1 c. diced cooked turkey
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. softened butter
- 3/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp. Cognac or possibly brandy
- Crackers of your choice or possibly raw apple and vegetable slices
- In blender or possibly food processor with steel blade, combine and process turkey and walnuts till finely minced.
- Add in butter, butter, liquid smoke and liqueur; process till a smooth paste is formed.
- Add in mayonnaise till of desired consistency.
- Spoon into small bowl or possibly crock; cover and chill several hrs.
- Serve with crackers and/or possibly apple and vegetable slices.
