Healthy Nut Crusted Halibut

  1. spread the honey mustard on the halibut.
  2. Sal and pepper the fish.
  3. coat with the crushed walnuts.
  4. put a pat of butter on the fish.
  5. Bake at 400 deg for 15 min or until flake with a fork.
