Spiced Iced Tea

  1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a large Dutch oven.
  2. Remove mixture from heat and add tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard tea bags, cinnamon, and cloves.
  4. Stir in sugar until dissolved; stir in concentrates.
  5. Chill; serve over ice.
