Salmon Canapes

  1. In a small bowl, mix salmon, celery and minced green onion. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and liquid smoke.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to develop flavor or up to 24 hours.
  4. Just before serving, place a cucumber slice on crackers or toast.
  5. Top with salmon mixture and garnish with green onion slices and watercress.
  6. Makes 1 cup.
