Broiled Caesar Salmon

  1. Mix together lemon juice, oil, wine and salad dressing mix until well blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture.
  3. Pour remaining dressing over salmon.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  5. Drain and discard dressing mixture.
  6. Place salmon on greased rack of broiler pan.
  7. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Brush frequently with reserved dressing.
