Tortellini With Cream Cheese Alfredo and Peas
- 1 12 cups milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 18 ounces cheese tortellini
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Bring milk, cream cheese and parmesan to a simmer in a large saucepan, whisking vigorously.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in peas, remove from heat and stir in the ham.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper and parmesan as required.
