Cheesy Vegetable Soup
- 4 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (10 fl oz/298 mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
- Bring vegetables, water and broth to boil in large covered saucepan; simmer on low heat 10 min.
- or until vegetables are tender.
- Mash vegetables to desired consistency.
- Stir in Cheez Whiz; cook 1 min.
- or until Cheez Whiz is melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently.
