Pesto & Feta Stuffed Chicken

  1. Preheat your George Foreman grill.
  2. Cut each chicken breast to create a pocket for stuffing.
  3. You can almost cut it all the way through.
  4. Spread the 1/2 the pesto and feta inside each breast and fold the breast closed so it looks like it was never cut.
  5. Salt and pepper both sides of breast.
  6. Cook on George Foreman grill for about 10 minutes.
  7. Easy!
