Pesto & Feta Stuffed Chicken
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons fresh pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta
- fresh ground salt and pepper
- Preheat your George Foreman grill.
- Cut each chicken breast to create a pocket for stuffing.
- You can almost cut it all the way through.
- Spread the 1/2 the pesto and feta inside each breast and fold the breast closed so it looks like it was never cut.
- Salt and pepper both sides of breast.
- Cook on George Foreman grill for about 10 minutes.
- Easy!
