Nat's Teriyaki Sauce

• 12 cup soya sauce
• 12 cup mirin
• 2 tablespoons sugar

1. Pour into a pan, and simmer until sugar dilutes.
2. Let cool and keep in fridge until needed.
3. This has a"watery" consistency.
4. Heat and drizzle on your favorite meat.
