Chocolate Eclair Pudding Recipe
- 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce. container Cold Whip
- 4 ounce. container lowfat sour cream
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- Mix pudding and lowfat milk, and let stand for 5 - 10 min.
- Mix in the Cold Whip.
- Mix in the lowfat sour cream.
- Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with graham crackers.
- Pour half of pudding mix over graham crackers.
- Put another layer of graham crackers, then the other half of the pudding mix, and then another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the can of chocolate frosting on top.
- Chill 20 to 30 min before serving.
- Enjoy!
