Asparagus And Walnut Salad Recipe

  1. Trim asparagus; cut spears diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pcs.
  2. In a pan, heat 2 inches of water to boiling.
  3. Add in oil, salt, and asparagus; cook till tender-crisp, 1 to 2 min.
  4. Drain, rinse with cool water, and drain again.
  5. Pat dry with paper towels.
  6. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  7. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  8. Just before serving, pour dressing over asparagus, sprinkle with Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts and toss lightly to mix.
  9. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings
