Roasted Duck And Bell Pepper In Teriyaki Sauce

• 1 cup dice mix pepper
• 1 large grated carrot
• 1 tsp oil
• 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
• 1 cup cooked roasted duck
• 1 large red chili pepper strip
• 1 tbsp spring onion

1. cut spring onion and soak in water set aside
2. cut chili strip and set aside
3. with oil saute grated carrot for 1 minute then add cooked roasted duck then add teriyaki sauce
4. then add dice mix pepper off heat and mix well
