Rum Or Brandy Balls Recipe

• 1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
• 1 c. confectioners sugar
• 1 c. minced pecans
• 2 tbsp. cocoa
• 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
• 1/4 c. rum or possibly brandy

1. Combine crumbs, sugar, pecans, and cocoa.
2. Add in corn syrup and rum.
3. Mix well.
4. Shape into 1 inch balls.
5. Roll the balls in sugar, and chill.
