Tender Soup Roast & Gravy Recipe

  1. Mix mushroom soup and water in roasting pan.
  2. Sprinkle with onion soup.
  3. Place roast on top.
  4. cover with lid or possibly aluminum foil.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
  6. Turn to 250 degrees and bake for approximately 6 hrs.
  7. NOTE: The soup makes the gravy.
  8. May need to thicken slightly with cornstarch before serving.
  9. Makes less expensive roasts tender.
