Yummy Maryland Crabcakes
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 2 tablespoons green bell peppers
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tartar sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- mix onions and green bell peppers
- mix dijon mustard, tartar sauce, and Worcestershire sauce
- With your hands slowly pour in mix of dijon mustard, tartar and other sauce.
- Very gently mix that together.
- mix in the omions and green bell peppers.
- Squish them in to balls and put them on a plate covered in foil.
- Let the crab cakes sit in the fridge for a half an hour.
- Take them out of the fridge and put the crab cakes on a pan covered in foil.
- Oven will be on high and you will cook each side of the crab cakes for 8 minutes.
