Crab fettucine
- 1 crab
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup sweet peas
- 1/3 cup grated parmeasan
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Boil crab for about 10 minutes, remove all the meat.
- Add fettucine to salted boiling water
- In a sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter then add garlic and cook untill fragrant then add tomatoes, salt, pepper, brown sugar and half and half.
- bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer.
- While sauce is simmering add parsley, peas and parmeasan and let simmer for about 8 minutes to thicken
- Add crab meat and let heat through then add the fettucine and mix untill all the pasta is evenly coated
