Lemon sorbet

  1. In sauce pan - stir in lemon zest, water and sugar.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce to medium heat, simmering for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off and allow to cool.
  5. In bowl - stir in lemon syrup that you have just made.
  6. Add lemon juice and soda water
  7. Put in freezer for 1 and a half hours.
  8. Stir with wisk.
  9. Return to freezer and stir once every for hours
