Lemon sorbet
- 1 Lemons zest
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Soda water
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- In sauce pan - stir in lemon zest, water and sugar.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce to medium heat, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Turn off and allow to cool.
- In bowl - stir in lemon syrup that you have just made.
- Add lemon juice and soda water
- Put in freezer for 1 and a half hours.
- Stir with wisk.
- Return to freezer and stir once every for hours
