Texas Grass (Spinach Dip)
- 1 (3 ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Stir soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until blended.
- Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, and onions.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
- We love pita chips.
