Easy Sausage Bites

• 1 lb bulk hot sausage
• 12 cup onion, chopped
• 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
• 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 1 egg, beaten
• 23 cup milk
• 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (to taste)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 14 cup mayonnaise

1. Brown sausage and onion, crumbling sausage as it browns.
2. Drain well.
3. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl; add sausage and onion mixture and blend together well.
4. Pour/spread mixture in a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake in a preheated 400 oven for 25-30 minutes.
5. Test with a toothpick to see if done.
6. Cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch squares and serve while hot.
