Asian SIZZLING SALADS with Shrimp & Mango
- 1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1/2 KRAFT SIZZLING SALADS Asian Chicken Dinner Kit
- 6 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 fresh mango, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped
- Cook and stir shrimp in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Add 1/3 cup Teriyaki Ginger Cooking Sauce; cook on low heat 1 min., stirring frequently.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Add 1/3 cup Toasted Sesame Dressing; mix lightly.
- Top with shrimp and nuts.
