Wild Island Chicken

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425*.
  2. Arrange chicken in a large baking dish.
  3. Pour 1 cup of wine over chicken.
  4. Should be enough wine to almost cover the chicken, if not add more to your discretion.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
  6. We like a lot of the seasoning on ours!
  7. Add 2 cans string beans, (or other vegetable of choice) and diced onion.
  8. Top with butter.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until chicken falls apart with fork.
