Cajun-Citrus Tilapia

  1. Drizzle just enough oil over fish to cover.
  2. Season.
  3. Keep zest for garnish.
  4. Slice the fruits into medium-thin slices.
  5. Lay half across the bottom of a baking sheet.
  6. Place filets on top.
  7. Cover with slices of fruits.
  8. Keep a few slices for plating.
  9. Bake at 400 for approximately 8 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
  10. Garnish with slice of fruit and/or parsley
  11. Try marinating in orange juice or white wine!
