Tangy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in boiling water and cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
  2. Drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine potatoes, yogurt and margarine.
  4. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
  5. Mix in green onion; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
