East Coat Crab Appetizer Recipe

• 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
• 3/4 c. butter
• 1 pound shredded crab meat
• 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, minced and liquid removed
• 2 Packages English muffins, lightly toasted, quartered

1. Heat cheese and butter together over low heat.
2. Stir in crab and mushrooms.
3. Spoon onto muffins.
4. Place under broiler till slightly browned.
