Chai Masala

  1. Mix all ingredients except sugar and tea.
  2. Bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer.
  3. Simmer mixture for 12 minutes.
  4. Add tea bag.
  5. Simmer 3 more minutes.
  6. Strain into a large mug.
  7. Add sugar or honey to taste.
  8. Enjoy!
