Luncheon Chicken Salad
- 4 cups cubed chicken (cooked in salted water)
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 12 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup nuts, broken
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 7 12 teaspoons brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons vinegar (your choice)
- 1 dash salt
- In large bowl gently combine chicken, pineapple, oranges, celery, onions, tomatoes and nuts.
- In small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over salad and gently toss to coat.
