Healthy and Tasty Carrot Bread

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & nutmeg.
  2. and salt together in a bowl and set side.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg whites, oil, sugar and pineapple.
  4. Pour egg mixture in to flour and stir to incorporate.
  5. Mix in carrots, nuts raisins and pour in a 9 by 9 baking pan.
  6. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean when tested.
