Buttered Brussels Sprouts And Chestnuts Recipe

  1. In a steamer set over boiling water steam the Brussels sprouts, covered, for 7 to 8 min, or possibly till they are just tender.
  2. In a skillet heat the butter over moderately high heat till it begins to color and in it saute/fry the chestnuts for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the sprouts, season the mix with salt and pepper, and saute/fry it for 1 minute.
  4. Serves 6.
