Banana Split Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Prepare a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, dissolve baking soda in buttermilk.
  4. Add cake mix, bananas, oil, and egg whites.
  5. Spoon half of banana mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup walnuts evenly over batter and drizzle fudge sauce over walnuts.
  7. Top with remaining banana mixture, spreadevenly.
  8. Sprinkle remaining walnuts over top.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes oruntil lightly browned.
