  1. Dice bacon and place in heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook, but do not brown. Remove extra fat. Add diced onion and diced celery.
  3. Saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add potato, broth and bouillon.
  5. Cook until potato is almost (soft) tender.
  6. Add frozen carrots and peas, celery slices, mushroom slices, diced chicken, milk, chicken broth and herb blend.
