Bordeaux Cherry Coupe Recipe
- 16 ounce Canned Bing cherries liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1 pch Grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. Red Bordeaux wine
- In saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, cinnamon, and Bordeaux wine.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer gently for 5 min.
- Chill.
- Serve in sherbet glasses.
- Suggested Wine: Chilled Bordeaux Sauternes; sweet Semillon.
