Cheddar Macaroni and Ham Casserole
- 1 (14 ounce) package Mac n' Cheese Deluxe (Kraft)
- 1 cup ham, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed, drained
- 12 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup crushed Ritz cracker (optional)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
- Cook macaroni in large saucepan for 8-10 minutes.
- Drain.
- Return to pan.
- Squeeze cheese sauce over hot macaroni.
- Stir until blended.
- Stir in ham, peas and milk.
- Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese.
- Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole before baking.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
