Sweet Tea Swagger

  1. In a small saucepan bring 3 cups of the water to boiling.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add tea bags; let steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Discard tea bags.
  5. Transfer tea to a heatproof pitcher.
  6. Stir brown sugar into tea until dissolved.
  7. Stir in the remaining 3 cups water, the rum, and lime juice.
  8. Cover and chill for 2 to 48 hours.
  9. To serve, pour tea mixture into highball glasses over ice cubes.
  10. Slowly pour in club soda; stir gently.
  11. Garnish with watermelon and lime wedges on toothpicks , and mint leaf or sprig.
