Boysenberry Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
- 1 tsp butter or possibly margarine
- 4 x boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick - (1 1/4 l
- 1/2 c. seedless Boysenberry jam
- 1/3 c. Boysenberry or possibly balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme leaves
- Heat butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add in chops; cook on both sides about 5 to 7 min or possibly till browned.
- Mix remaining ingredients; add in to skillet.
- Simmer, uncovered, till sauce is reduced to a glaze consistency and chops are tender, about 5 min, turning chops frequently.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
