Spaghetti Sauce With Meatballs Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound grnd pork
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 sm. can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 sm. jar mushrooms
- 1 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix (dissolved in 1 c. water)
- 1 egg
- Flour
- Salt to taste
- Season meat with salt, onion, egg, bell pepper and garlic.
- Shape balls, roll in flour and brown.
- Set aside.
- Drain oil from skillet.
- Add in Ragu, spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, Rotel tomatoes, mushrooms, and meatballs.
- When well blended, lower heat and simmer for about 2 hrs.
